Psychiatric Medication Management in Vienna, VA — Northern Virginia & Telehealth Virginia

For patients with an established psychiatric diagnosis and treatment plan, medication management visits with Tammy Endicott, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, provide focused, efficient follow-up care. We review your progress, adjust medications as needed, and ensure your care plan is working — in person at our Vienna, VA office or by telehealth anywhere in Virginia.

What Is a Medication Management Visit?

A medication management visit is a focused follow-up appointment — shorter than an initial evaluation — designed to check in on how your current medications are performing, address any side effects or concerns, and make clinical adjustments as needed. Prescription renewals are handled at these visits. These appointments are available in-person in Vienna and by telehealth across Northern Virginia and all of Virginia.

What's Included

  • Review of current medication efficacy, tolerability, and any side effects.

  • Dosage adjustments and prescription renewals.

  • Brief mental status check-in and symptom progress review.

  • Lab work coordination and medication monitoring where clinically indicated.

  • Care coordination with therapists, primary care, and specialists (with consent).

  • Telehealth follow-up visits available for patients across Virginia.

Telehealth Medication Management in Virginia

One of the most significant benefits of telehealth psychiatric care is removing the friction from follow-up visits. Rather than taking time away from work or school to travel to our Vienna office, established patients across Fairfax County, McLean, Reston, Arlington, and throughout Northern Virginia can attend medication management visits from home, office, or anywhere in Virginia. Tammy's telehealth visits are HIPAA-compliant, secure, and clinically equivalent to inperson care for established medication management patients.
