Tammy is the founder of Strong Minds PLLC and a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, adults, and families across Virginia, with in-person appointments in Vienna, VA and telehealth options.

Tammy Endicott is a dual board-certified FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC with 30+ years of nursing experience and 20 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her integrated understanding of mental and physical health helps clients build stability, resilience, and hope.
Tammy believes mental health care should be accessible, stigma-free, and deeply human. She partners with each client to create a clear plan that fits real life—whether that includes medication management (when appropriate), lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with therapy or school supports (with consent).
